Registration
After your paper is accepted, please complete the final manuscript submission and registration payment as described below. At least one author of each accepted paper must register; otherwise the paper will not be published.
Registration Process
Acceptance Notification
Revise your paper according to the review comments and prepare the final manuscript.
Submit Final Manuscript
Submit the final paper (Word or PDF) and the signed copyright form via the conference email.
Pay the Registration Fee
Pay according to the fee schedule below and keep the payment receipt.
Registration Confirmation
Send the receipt to the conference email; a registration number will be issued within 3 working days.
On-site Check-in
Collect conference materials and your badge on-site with the registration number and a valid ID.
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers one copy of the proceedings, conference materials, meals during the conference, and the welcome reception.

Extra page charge: ¥300 per page beyond 8 pages. Papers are recommended to be 6-8 pages, with a maximum of 10 pages.
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (RMB): Account details will be sent together with the acceptance notification. Please do not use other channels.
- Online Payment: Available through the designated online payment gateway once registration opens.
- Invoice: An e-invoice is available. Please email the invoice title, tax number and receiving address after payment.
Notes
- At least one author per accepted paper must register; unregistered papers will not be published.
- Student authors must provide a scanned copy of a valid student ID.
- For multiple papers registered by the same author, a 20% discount applies to the second and subsequent papers.
- Once paid, the fee is non-refundable for personal reasons; it may be transferred to online participation or deferred to the next edition.
